Hitaishi homestay is more than just a place to rest. It’s a journey itself—a serene journey into the heart of nature, nestled in Hee-bermiok (Martam), which is embraced by the rolling hills of west Sikkim. Hitaishi homestay is hosted by a loving family who will introduce you to the rural Sikkimese lifestyle and the traditional warmth of local hospitality.

Organic farm to table dining
Fresh, organic, and grown in our kitchen garden. Each meal at Hitaishi Home has its own unique taste. We believe in providing our visitors with the best foods possible, most of which are grown on our farm. Enjoy the freshness of meals prepared with food handpicked from our farm, resulting in a delicious, nutritious, and wholesome dining experience.
Activities:
Village tours and trekking
With our village tour, you may learn about the customs and culture of the area while interacting with welcoming people, tasting their delicacies like hand-made pickles and local beverages, and learning about their way of life. Hiking in the forest allows one to travel further away and take in views of slopes covered in vegetation and Mt. Kanchenjunga
Celebrations/Bonfire/special events
Spend the evening over a bonfire with some delicious snacks and a cup of tea after a long day of exploring. In order to make your stay extra special, we also provide unique programs for events such as birthdays, anniversaries, farewells, and other occasions upon request from our valued guests.
